Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Hugo Vickers, Jim Walker, the Trustees, advisors and all at the Commonwealth Walkway Trust wish to express their deep sorrow at the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Head of the Commonwealth for over 70 years.

They also wish to express their gratitude to The Queen for her enormous support to the Commonwealth Walkways and they pledge to continue creating Walkways across the Commonwealth and Overseas Territories as a legacy in her name.

We as volunteers, supporters and like-minded citizens, particularly those members on the steering and current committees of the Commonwealth Walkway Western Australia (Perth and Fremantle 2014-2024), add our grateful thanks to selfless work by the late Queen Elizabeth II

Collectively we pledge to King Charles III to complete our walkway and promote Walkways across the Commonwealth and Overseas Territories as a legacy to his late mother.
